Description

Mr. Scott is responsible for developing and leading Tarpon's human resources functions and communications activities. He is a senior human resources leader with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Scott started his career in human resources with Shell Canada in 1980. While working for Shell, he held various senior HR positions including Manager Compensation and Manager Talent Management. From 1996 to 1999, he worked for Royal Dutch Shell on an expatriate assignment based in London setting up global HR programs and policies for the Chemicals division.

Modular Systems – in collaboration with our Structures division, we provide unique and innovate modular solutions to handle our clients' off-site construction projects. Our team has the ability to seamlessly execute a wide variety of project scopes ranging from basic RTU packages to 13,000 sq. ft. E-houses with numerous splits. We ensure our clients' projects are completed safely and with unparalleled quality from the initial design through to delivery and commissioning.

By offering comprehensive 24/7/365 service and maintenance, Tarpon is dedicated to helping clients build, optimize and maintain their systems. Our network of branches across North America offer a wide range of field services for the installation, on-going maintenance, calibration, programming and troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation and control systems.

Mr. Warnock has over 24 years of experience in electrical, safety and management experience. He joined Tarpon in 2004 and has held a variety of roles including Branch Manager, Training Manager and now, Director of Health, Safety & Environment. In his role, Mr. Warnock oversees the planning, establishment and implementation of a variety of health, safety and environmental programs to assure the highest possible degree of safety of employees. Prior to joining Tarpon, Mr. Warnock owned a leading electrical and instrumentation company. Mr.
