McCormick & Associates Inc. has a staff of fifteen appraisers with a collective experience of one hundred and fifty years. Our staff are professionally trained and each specialize in a specific designated area throughout the surrounding Greater Toronto area. We appraise various property types for area lenders, mortgage brokers, lawyers, relocation companies and individuals. At T. McCormick & Associates Inc., we pride ourselves on providing timely appraisal reports. Our policy is to maintain as quick a turnaround time as possible. If any problems arise, ex: gaining access to the subject property, the lender and broker will be notified immediately. Support Staff: Our support staff is critical to the reliable and accurate delivery of our appraisal reports. These positions handle incoming inquiries, order entry, status, data entry and file management, bookkeeping, report presentation and delivery. For more information about T.
