You will pick from a wide selection of options for your home such as flooring, cabinets, siding, etc. Once the home is ordered we look after getting your lot ready for the house including the foundation and excavation. The home will be delivered to your lot 6-12 weeks after being ordered, (depending on the time of year). Most modular homes come in 2 pieces which are put together on-site. Mini Home Like the modular homes, mini-homes are built in an indoor, quality-controlled environment. A mini home can be an affordable and often less-expensive, alternative to renting. Design/Engineering T&M Homes has a full design and engineering department including 3 draftspersons and 1 structural engineer. We can assist you with all the design aspects of your home. Wall/Floor Panel Systems T&M wall and floor panel systems can be used on almost any commercial or residential site. It is a solution that reduces cost and helps you get your on-site framing done up to 4 times faster. You will gain a competitive edge by having faster building times and reducing waste. The panels are labeled according to the plans and shipped to the site ready for quick assembly.
