TUNDRA

Get great people. Not just more people At Tundra Technical Solutions, we're proud to offer a broad, global reach. The reality is though, in recruiting, that's a given. What makes us different from other technical recruiting and staffing firms? We don't believe that simply having huge databases of good prospects is enough. More and bigger are not better. Our mission is to provide only the highest caliber people. And we go above and beyond to find them. You could call our approach expert hunting. We take an active approach to staffing. How active? We network constantly. We leverage our industry contacts and sources for the best referrals - inside your city, in Canada and beyond. When we find the best candidates, we delve rigourously into their experience and personalities. We check and recheck. Success: powered by powerful relationships. We build these relationships by providing the highest quality service to our existing clients - first. To us, simply growing a huge corporate client list would mean having to compromise on the high service standards we offer existing clients. Our no-compromise, 'insider' approach to service helps us become an extension of your recruiting capabilities. We get there by asking a lot of questions. We listen. Whether you're filling a single job or building a team, we consider your needs today and the needs of your business tomorrow.
