Donna Kelly is a Partner in TSI Group focused on driving business growth with our executive search and talent acquisition group. Donna brings more than twenty years of search experience in a wide range of industries and functions including human resources, supply chain, healthcare, consumer packaged goods and pharmaceuticals. Donna takes the lead on developing and managing client relationships and spearheads the TSI Team on searches at both the leadership and project level.

Annette McDonough is a Senior Search Consultant with a focus on talent acquisition projects for senior and mid level positions. She services a wide variety of industry functions and sectors including financial services, operations, IT, third party logistics, healthcare and manufacturing. Annette has directed and lead customer service and finance teams previously in the healthcare and logistics sectors and has deep experience in the supply chain management industry.

We have a long history of working in the area of retained search. Our successes include placing CEOs and senior leaders in diverse industry sectors throughout North America. Our team applies a rigorous process and methodology to ensure optimum “fit”.
