Description

The Natural Products Marketing Council is a statutory body created pursuant to the Natural Products Act . It supervises the legislative and regulatory regime which governs a broad array of producer marketing boards in the Province of Nova Scotia. Amongst these commodity boards are included, cattle producers, chicken producers, egg producers, grain producers, greenhouse vegetable producers, turkey producers, pork producers, potato producers, wool producers and others.

Lisa has significant litigation experience in the area of insurance defence litigation and maritime law in general. She has appeared in all levels of Court in Nova Scotia as well as the Tax Court of Canada, the New Brunswick Court of Queens Bench and Court of Appeal, and has extensive experience in Federal Court of Canada.
