Richards, we have been awarded a $22M contract to build a new 236-bed student residence at the Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada. With a build completion date of April 15, 2012, TESC were awarded the project based on our proven experience in delivering similar large scale design/build projects, on time and on budget, for many of N. America's leading corporations and institutions. University Expansion With an enrolment of over 6,350 students, Laurentian serves a large sector of north-eastern Ontario. This new residence is being built to meet the increased demand for accommodation from an education institution that has evolved over the past 40 years from a small liberal arts college to a multi-faculty university.
