TD Equipment was established to manufacture equipment for the oil and gas drilling industry in the fall of 2004. Our first product was a Top Drive for double rigs, a product licensed through Allan R. Nelson Engineering (1997) Inc.

Farr Canada manufactures hydraulic power tongs and related equipment used in oil and gas well workover and drilling applications on both on-shore and off-shore rigs. McCoy Corporation ("McCoy") is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "MCB". McCoy has three operating segments: Truck & Trailer Products & Services, Trailer Manufacturing and Oilfield Products Manufacturing. McCoy and its subsidiaries employ approximately 540 individuals in Alberta and British Columbia.
