Michael has been in the Oil and Gas industry for over 17 years. He began with Mullen in the junior driver program apprenticing to become a Picker operator. After gaining understanding of field operations he moved into the apprenticed role of Picker operator upon completing his license requirements. He drove for 7 years when a job then opened in dispatch. This role transformed into a project management position that he held until 2011 when he moved to Calgary to take the lead of Business Development and Projects.

Paul has been in the Oil and Gas industry for over 16 years. He started his career as a Swamper for LAND Transport in Fort St. John, he then transitioned when receiving his class 1 license to began driving and operating a picker truck. After gaining field knowledge, Paul moved into dispatch/ operations where he worked for a little over five years. During his time in operations he began seeing a further need in safety and took a larger role as a safety supervisor for the Leduc terminal. Paul now holds the position of HSE director for Mullen Oilfield Services.

Erik has been in the Oil and Gas industry for over 26 years. He started in oilfield transportation as a summer student working as a junior estimator. Wanting to gain field experience, Erik joined Mullen Oilfield full time as a rigger working in Grimshaw, AB. Upon gaining knowledge of field operations Erik then moved into the role of primary estimator. Shortly after, a Sales and Marketing team was formed and Erik was given the job of Sales and Marketing representative. This leads him to today where he holds the position of Sales and Marketing Director.
