Sussex Telecom, 100% Canadian owned and operated, is part of the Sussex Communications Group, in business since 1988. The senior management of the Group has been involved in the telecommunications industry for decades, and therefore, has extensive experience in the telecommunications field.
Sussex is one of few Canadian companies with a swipe license for calling cards.

Sussex Telecom provides the following services with dedication and care.
We have customer service representatives available on a 5 x 8 basis, to answer any questions your subscribers may have regarding their business or personal account(s) on our many platforms.
Technicians are available on call 7 x 16 including nights and weekends.
All customer service agents are trained on individual program particulars, in both classroom and on-the-job training situations, for each program supported by STI. Agents are capable of handling calling card, rate and service inquiries, make balance adjustments, re-charge cards, and examine all call details.
We offer wholesale rates for Dedicated or Switched LD, Toll Free numbers, Calling Cards. We have local access numbers in major urban centres for cell phone users.
