Kim has been an actor, producer and director in theatre for 30 years. She has been Artistic Producer at 4th Line Theatre (Millbrook, Ontario) since 2008 and involved in all aspects of the company’s business since 1992. Kim is co-Artistic Director of Contrary Company (Toronto, Ontario) where she produced the highly successful adaptation of Marina Nemat’s memoir Prisoner of Tehran and Maja Ardal’s Dora Award-winning You Fancy Yourself. Kim had her own for-profit marketing company Blackwell Communications from 2006 to 2012.
