Since 1906, the Guertin family has been manufacturing and delivering top quality industrial finishes with experience and knowledge being passed down from one generation to the next. Superior Finishes Inc. was founded by Tony Guertin Jr. in 1992 after running his family business for over 20 years.

Our History Superior Finishes Inc. is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of OEM industrial coatings.

The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years relevant R&D experience in polymeric coatings, with experience in coating formulation, resin chemistry and selection, performance and processing. Experiences in the following areas are also important: 2K urethane; epoxy; vinyl and polyester, for both solvent and water based on wood, plastic and metal substrates.
