Amie Sidhu is our latest great addition to our team. She comes to us with over 20 years of experience in customer service, concentrating on accounts receivable. She is also an active volunteer at her daughter’s school, helping on a daily basis with various school activities. We have heard her super powers include making an amazing butter chicken.

Liena has been a core member of the company’s sales team since 2008 and has over a decade of experience in IT component/equipment distribution and procurement. Her areas of expertise includes: Enterprise and SMB technology solutions, Server hardware/software integration, PC solutions, Peripherals and Accessories, and Retail Marketing. If you’re looking for that hard to find cable or need consultation on a new server, she is always committed in finding the right solution for your needs no matter how small your inquiry is. With her extensive experience and knowledge you can rest assured that your IT needs will be in good hands.

If you call our Customer Support line, the first person you will likely speak to is Karina, our Customer Service Specialist. She has an extensive background in process management, project coordination and, of course, customer service. She comes from a family of nerds and has enthusiastically become a part of the SuperGeek family since 2013. No matter what the issue or question may be, she is always happy to take your call and will help you get the answer you need. Outside of the office, she is a coach and public speaker for a variety of community sports and arts events in the Vancouver area.

Originally from Fort McMurray, AB, he founded the Supergeek shortly after graduation and incorporated in 2002. Under Richard’s leadership, Supergeek has grown from 2 to over 13 employees and sales in the last five years have increased over 1000% Supergeek is committed to excellence in Managed IT services. Their proactive, collaborative approach provides client solutions without compromise.
