Leupelt, RID for the renovations to our veterinary offices, and later recommended her services for the major upgrading of the Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital. In addition to her interior architectural design responsibilities, she acted as manager for this project. The Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital is a 24 hour emergency/surgical hospital, and as such, it was required to maintain all emergency services functioning throughout the construction phase. In her responsibilities she planned the best use of our space, and ensured that all the furnishings, coverings, drapes, finishing materials, etc. complied totally with the stringent fire regulations dictated for a ship by Canadian Coast Guard, United States Coast Guard, and the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) convention.
