We manufacture a wide range of high technology machinedproducts for the aerospace, defence, biomedical, electro-
optical and communication satellite industries, and alsoprovide engineering and prototyping services to thescientific and research communities.

Equipped with the latest in metal removal machine tools,
our technicians will determine your needs and process yourproduct through material analysis, metal removal, EDM,
grinding, turning, honing, plating, heat-treating, deburring,
inspection, to tolerances as small as 0.00002".

The company provides engineering and machining servicesfor the manufacture of small, very close tolerancemechanical requirements. Our products can be found inbiomedical implants, Boeing, Airbus and Canadair aircraft and
IMAX 70mm motion picture theatres. Strite components have been to the moon and are installed in dozens of communication satellites.

The company has a wide range of CNC machining capability including CNC vertical and horizontal machining centres, precision Swiss grinding centres,jig boring, laser welding and one of the most comprehensive electrical discharge machining operations in Canada. Strite has the ability to achieve superior finishes using a variety of grinding, honing, lapping and deburring techniques. Included are such processes as vibratory deburring, extrusion deburring, thermal deburring and passivation.

The materials used in manufacturing include a wide range ofalloys as well as synthetics, plastics and ceramics. Specialtymetals such as inconel, titanium and magnesium are amongthe many metal alloys which Strite regularly machines toexacting tolerances.

Our design engineering group has conceived, designed,
and manufactured ultra-precision measuring equipment for the tire industry and cooling equipment for auto transmissions.
