She has worked with children in numerous capacities including working a day camps/dance camps for over 25 years as well as some very fun stints working on board cruise ships in the “Fun Zone”.

In 2004, Tara decided to turn her passion for food into a career by joining the Holistic Nutrition Program at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). She found the knowledge behind the science of nutrition fascinating and enjoyed using her new skills to positively affect people’s lives. Tara graduated from the program as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) in 2005 and over the past few years has worked with children and families helping them develop and learn the skills to live a healthful life.

Ashley is a recent graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She was drawn to the field of Massage Therapy because she loves being active, working with her hands and above all, helping others work towards and achieve their health and fitness goals. She also has a passion for working with pregnant moms & kids.

Over the past decade Dr. Marianna has also gained experience in a formal teaching environment. From 2008-2011 she taught Anatomy and Physiology at the Utopia Academy for Massage Therapy.
