Description

We provide structural and building envelope engineering services to Strata Corporations, including causation and repair recommendations.

Our Certified Mediator has experience in property disputes, tenant and unit owner issues as well as insurance claims and several other areas.

We provide 2nd, 5th and 10th year Warranty Inspections as defined under the New Home Warranty Program administered by the Home Protection Office.

Our approach is to become fully familiar with the Strata Complex and/or specific issue prior to providing a quote for service, which is good for ONE year. Depending on the service requested the preparation of a quote may include an unaccompanied visit to your Strata by Team Leader, Barry Slocombe.
