Carol Forrest of Stop Tyme Productions Incorporated and Trudy Moffatt of Diversified Productions Incorporated founded Risa Theatrical Productions to do just that. "From day one, our mandate has been to educate and inspire young audiences about theatre and the arts, in hopes of creating a vibrant theatrical community for the future. We are committed to involving the local community by providing opportunities for young performers to be part of professional theatrical productions." Aladdin, A Traditional British Pantomime was produced by Risa Theatrical Productions in December 2009. The show was an overwhelming success and enjoyed by audiences of all ages.
