Catherine has lived in south central Etobicoke for over 20 years, moving here from Ottawa in 1986. She has a master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa and many years of experience working in health care with various organizations. She has previous volunteer experience working with the Out of the Cold Program and on the board of the former Etobicoke Community Care Access Centre.

Tara has lived in the west end of Toronto for over 20 years, moving here from Winnipeg. Tara's career includes working in Switzerland and Russia as well as holding senior executive positions with multinationals, including BCE Emergis and Bernardin Ltd. Currently the principal of Fainstein Advisory Network, Tara works with clients including; Walmart International, Maple Leaf Fresh Bakery and the federal government.

We provide comprehensive, co-ordinated, primary health care, illness prevention and health promotion for individuals, families, groups as well as community-level interventions. Our dedicated team of professionals provide coordinated programs and services aimed at maintaining wellness and improving health of people of all ages.

Stonegate serves the Stonegate-Parklawn community ( see map ) providing easy access to health services and healthy living programs for residents in the South East Etobicoke.

He is a long-time resident of Etobicoke with four grown children and two grandkids (so far!), although he is still far from retirement from his career as the VP of Marketing and Business Development for SKE Inc. – a small Canadian software company specializing in geographic information systems. An excellent writer, facilitator and project manager, Hugh has extensive experience with the health and human services sector from both a business and a non-profit perspective.
