Stephen Cole is a board member of the Canadian Jewellers Association and Gary Spicer sits on the board of the Canadian Jewellers Group. They are both recognized members of the Canadian Jewellers Association, Canadian Jewellers Group and the American Gem Society. Spicer Cole has experienced GIA(Gemological Institute of America) certified diamond graders and several GIA trained management and staff members.

A native New Brunswicker, Stephen Cole was raised in Riverview and attended the University of New Brunswick, completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. Stephen spent several years pursing his love of music, while working in the hospitality and tourism industry. A true entrepreneur, Stephen owned and operated a small tour company and discovered a real interest in the challenges and rewards of running his own business. In 1995, he entered the jewellery industry, joining Wayne Smith and Gary Spicer in their Saint John operations.
