Mr. Takeshita has been Director, Medical Device Division of Toray Industries, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Takeshita joined Toray in 1983 and has over 20 years of experience in the clinical development of pharmaceutical products and medical devices. He was also a Technical Representative of Toray in its European Headquarters in London from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Takeshita received a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science from the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Businskas leads Spectral’s financial operations. A Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of business experience, he has held senior financial positions in both public and private companies, as well as in public practice, and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, business partnerships and alliances, tax planning and finance.

Prior to joining Spectral, Dr. Guadagni spent 10 years at ESTOR S.P.A where he was the company’s sales and marketing director, and scientific consultant for Toraymyxin. ESTOR is a Milano-based company specialized in the production, promotion and sale of advanced biomedical devices in the areas of dialysis, intensive care and hemodynamics.

Dr. Guadagni has extensive experience in market development and sales of the EAA and Toraymyxin theranostic approach to the management of septic shock in regions outside of North America.
