About
Mark Puigmarti, the artist behind Sparks Will Fly Forge, transitioned from a 25-year career in HVACR to a celebrated blacksmith and sculptor. His journey, marked by persistence and support from his wife Christine, led to a decade-long evolution into a distinct artistic style. Puigmarti's work has been featured in notable publications such as Ironwork Today and Anvil’s Ring, and he appeared on the CBC’s Steven and Chris Show. Specializing in public art, architectural sculpture, and custom furniture, his forge in Port Perry, Ontario, creates bespoke metal pieces that blend functionality with artistic expression, serving clients locally and beyond.
