Pierre is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the global mining services industry.

Greg Romain was President & C.E.O. of Norcast a Canadian manufacturing company selling consumable products to the global mining industry. Greg took the company public as an income trust in 2005 and with the regulation changes to the income trust sector the company was sold to a private equity group in 2007. Mr. Romain has been involved in the mining and mineral processing industry for over 20 years.

John provides Canadian and international clients, predominantly in the mid market sector, with independent and objective advice on financial strategies for growth, business transition, restructuring, and project finance. In 2010, Gallium Corporate Finance was created as a division of Balquhain Limited, which he founded in 1998.

He has extensive experience in sales, operations, human resources, recruiting, labour relations and turnarounds. This broad background provides him with the insight and skills to analyze multifaceted situations and develop unique yet practical solutions to improve customer satisfaction, achieve sales, productivity and earning targets.
