Sohot Sauce is a 5 year old small business specializing in high end, gourmet spicy sauces and dry rubs. At present we are marketing 5 unique flavours/products which are fruit,scotch bonnet and cayenne based sauces whose emphasis is very much on the flavour component as opposed to the heat. Our products are primarily a sweet-heat which we manufacture and wholesale to retail markets within Ontario.
