LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION RELEASE: Where the Company by this document agrees to provide services to the Customer which require moving or lifting goods not owned by the Company, or in assisting in loading or connecting of equipment owned by the Company, it is agreed the Company and/or its employees and/or its representatives assume(s) no responsibility for damage, however caused to the said goods being moved or lifted, loaded or connected. The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company for any liability incurred by the Company in the performance of said operation.

As with all manufacturer warranties, SOHO CS cannot guarantee trouble-free operation, and is not liable for any loss of data or profits due to downtime, failures, or costs incurred as a result thereof. Our products are high quality, though this does not preclude the possibility of unforseen failure.

Computers are complex devices requiring patience, experience, and often training. Despite manufacturers’ design and testing, computers, software, and peripherals are prone to bugs, conflicts, configuration issues, and failures. With all, our support is to provide to our best efforts the knowledge and expertise to resolve any of these issues, but this does not however surmount the primary obligation of manufacturer and their warranties.

Our roots lie with the determination to see clients served personally, professionally, and efficiently. In the early 1990s, when real customer service was so very lacking, there was a need for technical consulting services. Demand grew and an office was opened on Burdett Street in 1995. In early 1997 traffic increased, and more space was needed. SOHO CS grew, becoming an Apple dealer in 1998 – and opened our current location on Douglas in 1999, where we continue to offer our very personal and professional service to all our customers.
