was incorporated on May 4, 1959. In January, 2003, we acquired 100% of the shares of Omstead Foods Limited in Wheatley, Ontario, from the H.J. Heinz Company. On March 2, 2003, we amalgamated the two companies, and Snowcrest Packers became a division of Omstead Foods Limited. To this date, both companies operate independent of each other. Snowcrest, in its over 45 years of existence, has developed into a leading supplier of frozen fruits and vegetables in Western Canada.
