Eddie is a successful international banker with over 36 years of extensive experience in the international financial sector. He joined The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“ HSBC “) in 1973, and has served as the Chief Executive Officer in charge of Mainland China and succeeded in making HSBC the largest foreign bank in Mainland China. He had also held the position as Regional President West Coast USA of HSBC.

Gene is also a director of the following public companies: Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc., The Cash Store Financial Services, Inc., Harbinger Group, Inc., Spectrum Brands, Inc., WMI Holdings Corp., and U.S. Concrete, Inc. On 30 February 2014, Gene gave notice to Global Power Equipment Group Inc. that he did not plan to stand for re-election as a director at the company’s annual meeting currently scheduled for 1 May 2014. Gene is also the Chairman of CIFG and Executive Chairman of Capmark Financial Group, Inc.

Barry has more than 30 years of experience working in financial markets. He spent over 20 years working for Investment Banks in the Capital Markets and Corporate Finance areas. He then worked for more than 10 years in the Fund Management business. Barry spent three years with Rotch Property, a London Real Estate Fund, structuring acquisition finance mostly for commercial property and hotel portfolios. He spent seven years with Ashmore Investment Management specialising in Emerging Markets.
