The Sigfusson family business began as a commercial fishing and exporting enterprise in the 1920's and soon expanded to include winter road construction blazing trails into some of Canada's harshest and most remote northern terrain. Ever since then our reputation has been that of a company that gets the difficult jobs done. Today, our work record demonstrates our team's ability to effectively handle almost any challenge and our success allows us to enjoy the respect of our clients and industry peers.

At Sigfusson Northern we have always been committed to innovation and improvement. We maintain an extensive and well serviced equipment fleet to ensure that we can meet all our customers' needs. Our Lundar shop is home to both our transport trailer servicing department as well as our heavy-equipment servicing department each employing a highly skilled team of mechanics working hard to prevent breakdowns and to efficiently solve any equipment problem. To further decrease any delays to your project our team of field mechanics are always available to travel to site to get the job done. At SNL we have the advantage of our own aircraft and full-time pilot, used for surveying jobs sites, and transporting our staff, parts and materials to remote project locations.
