Major Achievements

- Developed multinational main product, MicroTec: thesemiconductor TCAD Calculator for a PC. MicroTec allows 2-D
semiconductor process modelling (including implantation,
diffusion and oxidation) and 2-D steady-state semiconductordevice simulation (MOSFET, DMOS, JFET, BJT, IGBT, Schottkydevices, etc.). In many instances MicroTec outperforms existingcommercial tools, and it is remarkably robust and easy to use.

- Developed SibLin: a highly efficient linear solver forsymmetric and non-symmetric matrices with a band structure. Thisproduct has been licensed to Nortel in Ottawa and to Waterloo
Hydrogeologic Inc.

- Developing ResCu: Resident Scientific Calculator for the IBM
PC. ResCu is one of the most easy to use and compact softwaresof its kind.
