Multi Axis Automated Air Peening Machine Our Multi Axis Automated Air Peening Approach is a popular equipment configuration for peening specific areas of large parts. This particular example is an 8 axis machine with ID central bore peening capabilities and a user friendly touch screen teaching interface. The multi axis machine can peen complex geometry landing gear parts and boasts ID/OD peening capability. Inline Automated Air Peening Our inline automated air peening machines are perfect for long parts. These high productivity machines peen both sides (top and bottom) of the part at the same time using the same intensities. This approach eliminates the distortion sometimes caused by unidirectional peening. The large conveyor arrangement is perfect for long aerospace parts.
