With some business education and 8 years of experience in the construction industry, Kurt's strengths lie in commitment to quality workmanship and building strong client relationships. Kurt teamed up with Justin to start Shignanski Construction in 2007. They share similar values and goals for the business. Shignanski is off to a strong start as their reputation for quality and professionalism grows. Justin is a dedicated and outgoing individual who thrives on challenge and perfection. Being a "man-of-all trades", the most enjoyable part of his job is interacting with customers and always being satisfied with a job well done. Justin met Kurt through a previous employer and found he had similar ambitions "“ to start a general contracting business. Justin's background includes business management, construction sales, renovations, and framing, all of which have contributed to the success of Shignanski Construction.
