Herb Locke Herb was a member of the Shelburne Diesel team from 2000 to 2008 serving as a supervisor and re-joined the company in 2010. He is currently our Production Superintendent, responsible for all day to day production activities. Herb has over 20 years experience in the Marine Repair sector. He also resides in Shelburne, NS.
