As VP of Finance, Kim oversees the company’s fiscal organization. She is dedicated to ensuring value for our customers by working with their team to provide sound financial services and accountability. In this position, Kim is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to support key business objectives and build workplace processes that will ensure our clients receive the most timely service. Therefore, Kim is involved in every project, completing all the due diligence and financial reconciliation that keeps our clients happy.

Wylie leads Sheepdog’s deployment team to deliver Google Apps and also offers strategic consulting services directly for our customers. Wylie has over 15 years of senior level experience in business and information technology, managing projects, people and infrastructure. Prior to joining SheepDog, Wylie has been employed by leading IT consulting firms where he specialized in project management and delivered a wide range of custom application development projects: ERP, POS, CRM, and BI implementations.

This software enabled CRFH meet two objectives: The short term objective was to provide an intervention application to allow program participants to visit a secure, personalized website in order to access online versions of program resources, complete interactive skills courses and communicate directly with coaches and other participants. Additionally, CRFH had a long term objective to provide their program administration staff across multiple agencies with a platform that would allow them to manage various online treatment interventions in a number of languages.
