Star Group International was established in 1994, and has grown as a leader in the Facilities Management and Operations industry providing quality services to government, private, educational, financial and health facilities throughout North America. Star Group International was borne out of a need expressed by our clients to expand our operations from janitorial and housekeeping services under Service Star Building Cleaning, Inc., established in 1972 by Peter Potetsianakis, to providing Comprehensive Facilities Management services.

Under the quality leadership of our President, Peter Potetsianakis, Star Group International has simultaneously managed, maintained and operated multiple properties ranging in size from 16,000 Square Feet to over 1 Million Square Feet in a cost effective manner, while providing exceptional services; developed a variety of programs covering building operations and maintenance, quality control, health and safety, emergency preparedness; and valued consultant services.
