At ServiceMaster Clean Residential we really try to do our best to meet our customers needs and expectations: it is the essence of our company. One question we often receive is “can you guarantee that you can remove this stain?” Its one we would love to do nothing more than to answer “Yes! Absolutely!” But we can’t, and for good reason… because it wouldn’t be true.

We believe the greatest strength of our company is the staff. Our technicians are highly trained, very knowledgeable and experienced in carpet cleaning; they can often get stains out that others may not. Most of our staff have worked for us for over five years, with several even surpassing ten. We also pride ourselves in our customer service.We are not satisfied with “good enough” when dealing with our customers. Rather, we believe in doing the right thing in the right way, providing you with the highest in quality and value. This has earned us a coveted A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau of British Columbia.
