Join Vivien Allen, chemist and founder of flawless skin for our Healthy Home hands-on workshop. Vivien is passionate about the chemicals and ingredients in our everyday products. She loves helping others de-code the labels of our favorite cleaning, skin care and beauty products. In this workshop she'll educate us on how to shop smart. We'll be able to identify which ingredients we should be looking for, and which ingredients are actually chemicals and why we should avoid them. Best of all, Vivien has combined this passion with her chemist education and created a lab in which she experiments with natural ingredients to create healthy products. Vivien will teach us to become chemists of our own, sharing her discoveries and guiding us to develop our own natural (and inexpensive) cleaning and beauty products. In this workshop we'll make your own bath bombs & bath salts (great for Christmas gifts), and natural laundry detergent and fabric softener, plus recipes for many other home and beauty essentials.
