Description

Seed-Ex has experienced rapid growth since it opened for business in September 1996 in Letellier, Manitoba, a small western Canadian farming community on busy HWY 75 just minutes from the U.S. border. The swiftly-developing agricultural trading company was established by Roger Barnabe, a Letellier businessman with and accounting and farming background who saw an opportunity for Canadian producers to export significant quanitities of malting barley to the United States.

Seed-Ex Express Inc is a professional transport carrier and was created with customer service in mind. We are able to provide quality transportation services in Canada and in the United States. Our fleet of 15 trucks are equipped with a combination of tandem and super b trailers, and friendly professional drivers, which allows us to take care of our customers every need.

Seed-Ex Inc is positioning itself as an increasingly-diversified international grain trading company operation on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border. The company first made its mark by exporting malting barley produced by Canadian farmers to the United States. That is still the biggest line of business, but more recently Seed-Ex Inc has become a significant importer of U.S. corn which is old along with non-malt grade barley to feed mills and hog producers.
