Mr Hubbard is a plant ecologist with 35 years experience in the Government of British Columbia and in private consulting. He has extensive experience in vegetation, soils and terrain inventory, analysis and mapping in British Columbia.

In 1989, after 18 years of public service, I started SERC as an independent natural-resources consulting firm oriented to providing the often absent strategic bridge between client objectives and environmetnal resource prescriptions and solutions. Over the course of the past 25 years, SERC has remained a tightly knit team-based firm providing strategic and technical systems-based advice and services to a wide variety of clients on topics within a broad range of professional expertise.

Marine Biology Mr. Emmett has twenty-eight years of experience in coastal marine and fisheries biology, mostly on the British Columbia coast but also in the Canadian Arctic and Atlantic coasts.

SERC has longstanding and extensive experience in working with and for First Nations, with a view to addressing these issues and to focusing and achieving the objectives and aspirations of First Nations people and communities.
