Description

SCCC is a multi-service agency that was founded in 1978. Located in the heart of downtown west Toronto, we offer a wide range of programs, services and opportunities for people of all ages and from all walks of life. Our work is about supporting individuals and families, strengthening communities and building a better Toronto.

Despite recent changes in legislation, technological developments and a growing awareness about disability, people experiencing disability, illness and/or who are aging continue to face physical, systemic, and social barriers to participation in recreational, educational and social activities that improve their quality of life, promote health and benefit communities. For over 30 years, Scadding Court has offered programs for people with disabilities.

Areas of Focus We strive to make this community and this city a better place to be. Along with providing programs, services and a supportive public space, we also have a role in creating a society in which everyone has an equal chance of health and success.

Athletics and Recreation We provide year-round Athletic and Recreational programs for everyone including for people living with disabilities, children, youth, adults and seniors. The majority of our programs are FREE with a valid Scadding Court Community Centre membership. For some of our adult programs, there is a nominal fee for each season. For a full list of current programs, check out our program schedule.
