Seller shall have no obligation to provide any technical assistance to buyer. Any technical assistance offered by seller in regard to the use of any product or provided in connection with buyer's purchases is given free of charge and only as an accommodation to buyer or advice to buyer and if any such assistance or advice is provided, such fact will not obligate seller to provide any further or additional assistance.

SAVE SYSTEME INC. is responsible for personal information under its control and as a result has designated president the person who is accountable for SAVE SYSTEME INC. compliance with the ten principles 2. Identifying Purposes: In general, SAVE SYSTEME INC. collects, uses and discloses personal information about you in order to provide our customers, with document management forms, development and processing services.

If any product includes software or other intellectual property, such software or other intellectual property is provided by seller to buyer subject to the copyright and user license, if any, for such products, the terms and conditions of which are set forth in the license agreement accompanying such software or other intellectual property. Nothing herein shall be construed to grant any rights or license to use any software or other intellectual property in any manner or for any purpose not expressly permitted by such license agreement.

A limited warranty is applied for all product shipped to buyers. Save Systeme Inc will take reserve to modify warranty anytime. New product: Seller will transfer to buyer any transferable warranties or indemnities that the manufacturer of the product. Used product: Save Systeme Inc. will provide 30 days warranty on refurbish equipment as advertise for each product, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary.
