SaskTel International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the crown-owned Canadian telephone company, SaskTel. SaskTel
International was created in 1986 to market SaskTel's extensive expertise to clients around the globe. SaskTel International assists clients throughout the world to improve, expand and develop their telecommunications resource in order to provide basic and enhanced telecommunications to meet growing demand.

SaskTel possesses extensive knowledge on both current and past operational technologies, having provided telecommunications services to the people of the Province of Saskatchewan since
1908. Based on many years of experience with the planning, design, installation, operation, and maintenance of a telecommunications system, SaskTel International is able to provide the expertise required for the unique telecommunications environments that exist today. Through our experience, SaskTel
International can provide a wide range of client services including technical consulting, network planning, project management, turn-key installation, operations and maintenance.
SaskTel International also offers the MARTENS Suite Service
Fulfillment System ; a strategic telecommunications software system that manages the telephone company's most important asset
- its local access network. The MARTENS Suite allows service providers to achieve totally automated, flow through provisioning for customer services, seamless instant service/service-on-
demand capabilities via a service activation module and a service assurance product totally integrated with the provisioning and activation processes.

SaskTel's leadership in the application and provisioning of advanced technologies, including fiber optics, microwave radio, cellular radio, LAN/WAN, and digital switching, has helped to open the doors to international markets. Within successful deployment of network technologies lies the expertise in network development, planning, engineering, installation, operations and management.
