Terms Shipping Sales are F.O.B. point of shipment, unless prior arrangements have been made. We ship from our warehouse by our standard shippers at the most economical means possible unless you authorize an upgrade in service. Shipping costs are prepaid and added to invoice. In the event that the Buyer requests an alternate shipper, Buyer must acquire all shipping responsibilities and acquire costs. We reserve the right to charge a handling charge on all orders where the Buyer arranges shipping. All damage that occurs during shipping must be claimed from the shipping company. Returns A return authorization number and shipping instructions must be received prior to any returns. The return authorization number must be marked on the outside of the package and be visible to the receiver. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted nor will returns that are shipped collect. Proof of purchase such as invoice number must be available. Special order parts and materials are non-refundable unless warranty applies. If the product is in working and resellable condition, is not damaged or used, etc. we will credit the price of the product and applicable taxes. Shipping to the customer will not be credited.
