Linda joined the Chamber as Office Administrator in August 2013. She has since stepped into the role of Chamber Manager, and has been leading operations of the Chamber Office and Membership Services. Her previous experience as Business Manager for a mid sized Accounting firm, a Commercial Real Estate firm and a Software Development Company has given her a unique set of skills and acute business experience and knowledge. Linda also has extensive experience in Human Resources. And having owned a number of small independent businesses, she is well acquainted with the challenges facing entrepreneurs.

In August 2005 John established The Treleaven Consulting Group Ltd., located in Sidney, to provide international marketing and policy advice to public and private sector clients. Prior to moving to Sidney he was President and CEO of the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP), a P3 organization providing market research and export services to 260 Saskatchewan companies. Mr. Treleaven began his career in the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service in 1968. Postings included Sao Paulo, San Juan, Puerto Rico, London, San Jose, Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Ambassador to the Philippines. In Ottawa he served in a variety of senior positions in Foreign Affairs and International Trade.

Art has been involved with the Chamber of Commerce for over 23 years with both the Victoria Chamber where he was on the board of directors for 6 years and now with the Peninsula Chamber Board for the past 5 years.

Doug is an accomplished business advisor and Certified Management Consultant. He has over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, consulting, business operations, and business leadership. He has built, grown, and sold several companies, in both professional services and software development fields.
