All phases of the project are coordinated while ensuring there is communication between all parties involved. STM guarantees budgets, schedules and quality concerns are looked after while oversee the project, including; initiating, planning, and execution through to client handover. -Estimating STM's Estimating Department is a very important part of the Project Team, working to establish project budgets from the conceptual stage through to the final construction document stage. The estimating department arranges the construction schedule, combines the schedule and periodic estimates, and monitors the progress of both until the on site team takes over. Continuing into the schematic and design development stages, estimating support will be provided in more detail using our in house historical cost data as a cost basis. Our historical costs are a constantly evolving data base of previous and current job costs that are stored in a global unit price form in order to provide very specific line item productivity/cost format.
