Connie began her employment with SMK Insurance in 2003 as a customer service representative. After a brief hiatus we are happy to welcome Connie back to our team. Connie has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, specializing in Home and Auto Insurance. Throughout her career, Connie has worked in all areas of an Insurance Brokerage and offers the skill and knowledge to look after all of your insurance needs.

Darlene joined the company in 1987 shortly after its inception. She has 21 years of experience in insurance and underwriting business. Darlene currently oversees all underwriting systems and processes. Working closely with insurance partners, Darlene ensures SMK maintains its reputation as a leader in customer service.
