Our firm has extensive experience in the field of corporate and commercial law, including contracts, partnerships, not-for-profit and charitable organizations and cooperatives. It also has experience in real estate transactions and commercial leases, in the law relating to caisses populaires and credit unions, in construction law, procurement matters and general matters relating to business and commerce.

The firm is experienced in a variety of court applications and motions, including judicial review, and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal and several administrative tribunals. We provide counsel or representation in matters of litigation both as plaintiff or defendant as well as in mediation and arbitration.

André provides legal advice and services to clients in a wide variety of business activities as well as education, construction and other fields. He also has extensive experience in civil litigation.

Our firm specializes in French language rights and education law in Ontario. It is experienced in matters pertaining to school board governance, policy drafting and reviews and in a wide array of elementary and secondary educational issues. Having acted for provincially governed institutions as well as quasi-public and other organizations, the firm is experienced at counselling regulated bodies in the fields of finance (e.g. caisses populaires), health and community services.
