Our Fund Managers have in excess of 75 years of combined experience in the private mortgage market. Furthermore, unlike most investment funds, our Fund Managers hold a significant investment in their own fund - aligning their interests directly with the shareholders of the fund.

For over 20 years, Ryan Mortgage has provided its shareholders with a consistent annual income stream with limited volatility.

Kurt has over 20 years of international experience in finance in roles involving private equity investments, structured finance, real estate finance, and investment banking. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, a Joint Honors degree in Economics and Business from Simon Fraser University and has studied finance at various world class institutions including the Wharton School of Business, Columbia University, Chicago School of Business, Oxford Said Business School (UK) and Universita Bocconi (Italy).
