Being in this world we need – no, require – deep connection with Self and Other, be that a bird, God, sister, or a stormy sea. Connection. How is it, where is it in my body ? feel it smell it taste it hear it see it There, yes ! there. I sense something other than pain, know this thing intimately. In this moment I can Be, it is safe to be, alive again.
