Royce//Ayr manufactures an extensive array of HSS metal cutting saw blades. HSS Cold saw blades and Segmental saw blades to fit most cold saw machines on the market. We specialize in sophisticated coatings such as TiN, TiAlN, TiCN and CrN to help extend the life when cutting tough automotive products. We also produce HSS and Carbide tipped blades to cut Non-Ferrous metals such as Aluminum and Copper. CV Friction saw blades are available in a range of sizes for coarse cut-off applications.

Royce// Ayr manufactures a large array of HSS circular knives for the rubber and related industry. They have made major breakthroughs in developing new geometry in cut off saws for rubber sealing products in the automotive sector. Royce// Ayr welcomes challenges to develop new products cooperatively with the rubber product manufacturer.
