Royal Pattern Industries Ltd. was established in 1991, we have built a reputation servicing several different industries. We make master models, fiberglass and wood patterns for the foundry industry. Vacuum form tools, trim jigs, fixtures, water jet nests, EPS packaging molds, and rotational molds. We polish castings and machine and hand fit parts.We do welding of Aluminum and steel using MIG and TIGwelders, hand polishing and fitting, preventative maintenance, and we offer speedy repair when you need it.We have been using a Fadel VMC 6030 to cut small checking fixtures, holding fixtures, water jet nest, thermal or vacuum form tooling, rotational mold tooling and cooling fixtures. We also do some production machining and prototype parts.
